The White Dragon Foundation is set to officially start operations on June 1st

The White Dragon Foundation is set to become a functioning legal entity on June 1st, according to the lawyer who is handling the application with the Japanese government. The principle philosophy of the foundation will be to maximize both the amount and variety of life on earth and in the universe.

Once the foundation is set up, it will solicit donations from individual and institutional investors for the purpose of ending poverty and stopping environmental destruction. There are three projects the foundation initially wants to get involved with:

1) Use previously suppressed energy technology to remove salt from sea-water and turn the deserts green.

2) Increase the flow of nutrients in the oceans in order to increase bio-mass by at least 10-fold.

3) Transform the military industrial complex into a space exploration and development complex. One project already on the drawing boards is a plan to create an artificial planet.

Although the foundation is scheduled to get formal approval on June 1st, 2011, there will still be a lot of background work to be done before there are any visible results. The first stage will involve careful planning.

There will also be a need to set up an international economic planning agency and that will require a global headhunt of experienced economic planners and people with the know-how for setting up institutions. The International Economic Planning agency would be one of the prime institutions involved in carrying out the White Dragon goals. It would also set up new goals.

This planning agency would be modeled after the very successful one used by Japan up until the Americans forced them to shut it down. That means macro-planning would be done by the agency but much of the actual work would be carried out by the private sector.

In the meantime, the collapse of the old world order will continue to accelerate and there is a very strong possibility of some very nasty incidents of the 911 and 311 variety. Dark Brotherhood sources say that four nuclear weapons stolen from the Russian submarine Kursk are not in the hands of any military organization. Of these one was set off in the sea-bed off of Japan’s coast triggering the March 11 tsunami. The other three, according to these sources, are somewhere in Europe. They say they may well be set off on June 1st in an attempt to discredit the White Dragon Foundation and act as a sort of hail Mary pass aimed at starting world war 3.

Although we have no direct intelligence on what the possible targets are, it is likely the old world order would target their own centers of power (a la 911) and blame it on Al CIAda. Thus a good guess for possible targets in Europe would be the Bank for International Settlements in Basle, Switzerland, the La Defense governmental district near Paris, Vatican City, Milan, EU headquarters in Brussels and the London City financial district. If any concrete leads emerge, we will publish them immediately.

The world’s armed forces, for their part, have reached an understanding that they will not be provoked into destroying the planet in a nuclear holocaust. The Chinese and US military establishments had friendly meetings in Washington last week and instead of having a press conference afterwards the Chinese and US military bands played together. That is a pretty clear message that they were reading from the same page.

Sources in both the CIA and MI6 meanwhile, are saying that President Obama has fled to Ireland and will not be returning to the USA. This could simply be a threat aimed at forcing him to toe the line after recent perceived hostility towards Israel. However, Henry Kissinger is also in the UK writing obsequious editorials in the hopes he will not be tried for his various war crimes. This all probably depends on whether his German royal family hosts in the UK are able to stay in power.

Prime Minister Netanyahu of Israel, meanwhile, is visiting top US Mossad agent Rahm Emanuel in Chicago no doubt to discuss the future of Israel. The fact of the matter is that the Israeli Palestinian situation has been in a deadlock for ever since 1967 and the entire world is sick of hearing about it. Some sort of deal will have to be reached. The Jews will also be asked to rebuild the temple of the mount next to the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The American Jews will also have to help identify the Satanists hiding in their midst. It is believed that close to 1 million Satan worshippers who live in Western countries. They have been engaging in human sacrifice and other horrific activities and will have to be dealt with. The worst criminals in their midst will have to face the justice system of their host countries. Their children will have to be re-educated.

However, in the spirit of the planned worldwide jubilee, the focus will be on truth and reconciliation and not revenge. It will be interesting to watch “conspiracy theory” transform first into mainstream conspiracy news and then into history.

Secret structures have been put into place to ensure that never again will the earth be threatened by Satanic forces.

The arrest of IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn signals new phase in financial war

Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the head of the IMF, was arrested last week because he was trying to steal the American people’s Social Security money to finance the Euro, according to Rothschild family sources. The charge of rape against him was almost certainly a case of entrapment by a female agent although I am sure no proof of this will ever be found. The next phase in the battle against the high level financial gangsters is expected to target Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley but, the closing of these criminal enterprises will only mark an intermediate phase in the battle against the criminal elements concentrated in the central banks of the West, according to White Dragon Society sources. The end result is certain to be a historical change of the sort not seen for thousands of years, if ever.

There is much we have been asked not to talk about or write about for security reasons but we can say there is a serious under-current of fear prevalent among the high level financial gangsters. Take a look at this photo of Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke and you will get the idea:

He is not a happy camper.

The last hold-outs against the new financial system are a group around the German Queen Elizabeth Battenburg (Windsor), a part of the Rothschild clan, and the international drug mafia headed by George Bush Senior, according to dark brotherhood sources. The pentagon, the alphabet agencies, Interpol, the yakuza, the triads, the Saudis, most of the European royalty, the Vatican etc. are now aligned with the new financial system.

Another clear sign that the Old World Order control grid is disintegrating is the widespread publicity of the movie about the death of Princess Diana.

The fact that she was murdered has been known to the aware part of the Western population for a long time. What is different this time is that it is being reported by propaganda outlets such as AP news. This is a clear sign of a high level split in the ranks of the formerly united cabal.

Diana was killed because she was pregnant with the child of her fiancée Dodi al-Fayed and was planning to convert to Islam before her marriage, according to British royal family sources. She was alive after the contrived accident that supposedly lead to her death and was killed in the hospital, the sources say. That is why media outlets that used to report propaganda are referring to the British royal family as “Gangsters in tiaras.”

The Battenburg Branch of the European Royalty headed by Elizabeth and Charles in England is expected to be replaced by the Stuart branch of the family that Diana hailed from. More specifically, Diana’s son Harry, who was fathered by Diana’s lover James Hewitt is expected to be the new King of England. Take a look at a picture of Harry and James if you doubt this to be true:

The staged “murder” of Bin Laden (who multiple credible witnesses say died in 2002 of kidney failur) is also likely to have many more consequences. There has been much written elsewhere about how obviously fake the entire “operation to kill Bin Laden” was. Journalist Tom Henegan’s sources claim the death was staged to allow the unfreezing of funds frozen at the time of 911 in order to buy more time for the cabal. The Navy Intelligence information/disinformation site Sorcha Faal claims it was actually Bin Laden’s brother who was killed. On these specific allegations, what these sources say fits in with what our sources say.

If it was Bin Laden’s brother who was killed, then since the Bin Laden family have been long term partners of the Bush family (Bin Laden’s older brother Salim Bin Laden was a co-founder of Bush Jr.’s company Arbusto) then it may have been the work of the Chicago mafia behind “President” Obama. That means some kind of revenge strike against Chicago is a distinct possibility.

The infighting of the sort described above between the various factions of the Old World Order is expected to intensify over the coming days and weeks. The result will be complicated strife between ever changing factions until the criminal financial cabal is finally taken down.

It is not over until it is over and the criminal cabal is still threatening to do horrible things to the planet. This could mean the additional use of earthquake weapons, nuclear terror attacks, the dissemination of biological and chemical weapons, high-level assassinations and more.

However, the writing is on the wall for these Satanic terrorists and their ability to cause mayhem is being dismantled steadily but surely. It will not be long before the head of the octopus is taken out and the legs stop thrashing.

Once this is done, humanity will enter a golden age. The Western branch of the White Dragon Society has a request to the Asian side concerning the gold gathered and hidden in caves to back up the old gold-backed system supported by Kennedy and Sukarno. They say the gold should no longer be hidden but rather put into a vast, public monument made of solid gold. Perhaps a giant golden dragon might be a possibility.

New Madrid fault line attack underway, 15 nuclear reactors targetedThe

“once in 500 year” flooding of the Mississippi river over the New Madrid fault line is part of a campaign directed against the American people, according to multiple intelligence agency (MI6, CIA, FSB, Japan Security police) sources. The HAARP caused flooding is expected to be followed by an earthquake and then a “nuclear emergency” involving the 15 nuclear reactors located in the region. This will be a pretext for mass evacuations into FEMA camps, the sources say. The best way to derail this plan, apart from arresting the criminal cabal in Washington D.C., is to widely announce and denounce these plans in advance.

The people planning this attack are the same ones who orchestrated the recent earthquake, tsunami and nuclear disaster attack on Japan, the sources said. The attack on Japan involved long term planning. A suitcase nuclear device was brought in by sea to a remote island in the Okinawan archipelago before being brought to Kyushu by a fishing boat, according to a whistleblower within the group that smuggled in the weapon. The weapon was then taken by car to a property in Hinode, Tokyo owned by former Japanese Prime Minister Yasuhiro Nakasone. From there it was taken to the Chosen Soren (North Korean) headquarters in Tokyo before being transferred to the deep ocean drilling ship the Chikyumaru, according to the whistleblower. The bomb was then placed in a hole drilled 10 kilometers into the seabed off the coast of Japan where it was exploded, thus triggering the earthquake and tsunami. The subsequent “nuclear accident” was sabotage intended to provide a cover story for the radiation released by the bomb.

The investigative trail goes from there to George Bush Senior and his mafia gang as well as US Senator J. Rockefeller. If the American people wish to prevent a greater tragedy than the one that hit Japan, they must arrest these and other Washington D.C. criminals.

In other news, we have been given new information about the Vatican. First of all, the new “Black Pope” or head of the Society of Jesus is father Adolfo Nicolas. Father Nicolas was a professor when I studied at Sophia University in Tokyo. Although I never took any of his courses, he has a reputation for being a nice man and a genuine Christian. Trusted sources also say that both Father Nicolas (who is currently ill) and his predecessor Peter Hans Kolvenbach are extremely intelligent and widely read people. The sources say Nicolas and Kolvenbach are both very concerned, among other things, about the pharmaceutical industry’s use of toxic vaccines and dissemination of various poisons and diseases.

These sources are now saying Kolvenbach was misquoted by our previous source and that Kolvenbach never said he was the chief Satanist but only asked rhetorically: “are you afraid of Satan.” We have not talked directly to Count Kolvenbach or father Nicolas so all we can do is quote contradictory information from sources who are in regular contact with these individuals and let readers decide for themselves.

What is clear though, is that there is considerable confusion and disorder within the highest ranks of power in the West. The signs of extreme tension and high-level financial warfare are everywhere to be seen.

The “killing” of Bin Laden and the threat of high level retaliation by Al CIAda is one example. This “death” was preceded by Wikileaks tales of planned nuclear terrorism by Al CIAda. In other words, the old world order no longer cares if their fake stories are seen through by the rest of the world and are now openly threatening nuclear black-mail.

Italy is also in a panic over rumors they will be hit by an earthquake or nuclear device on May 11th. The group earlier threatening the Vatican with a suitcase nuclear bomb, for its part, says there will be no attack on the Vatican on May 11th.

A different group calling itself the Dark Brotherhood is also using the nuclear blackmail card and are threatening to “destroy the world” if a new financial system is not announced by June 1st.

The big threat, still hanging over us all, is of course World War 3 and nuclear holocaust.

On the financial side there are also many strange goings on. The battle between the fiat money printers and the supporters of an asset backed new financial system burst out into the open with a rash of fiat short-selling of commodities futures timed to coincide with hikes in margin requirements. The fall in commodities prices and subsequent rebound bought the fiat people some, but not much time.

Then there was the attack on Sony’s online consumer credit card database by the same “anonymous” group that attacked former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak’s internet infrastructure. This was a money grab also originating most likely with the fiat folk.

The Toyota Motor Corporation is also under intense attack. It started with a rash of regulatory torment against Toyota in the US. Then the tsunami shut down a crucial Toyota and Chinese parts operation. Now the Japanese government under Naoto Kan (pronounced “can not” in Japanese) is ordering that the electricity supply to their factories in their Nagoya operating hub be shut down. The reason for these attacks against Toyota is simple extortion. Years ago Toyota was given large sums of money by the Federal Reserve Board crime syndicate and their Japanese flunkies for the purpose of building industrial infrastructure. Toyota took a bunch of that money and set up a series of banks. The Feds, desperate to keep their fraudulent operations going a bit longer, are trying to force Toyota to cough up that money, according to Japanese security police sources. Toyota is saying no.

Despite all the chaos, fear and blustering going on, people must realize that such tactics are part and parcel of high-stakes negotiations. Because of the sensitive nature of these negotiations there is much we are being asked not to write at this time.

However, based on this information, we believe the end result will be world peace. The people in the Vatican seem to really think the world is going to end but that is just not true, the world is about to be reborn. World peace, an end to poverty, an end to environmental destruction and the release of new technologies will follow shortly after the announcement of a new financial system. A long predicted golden age is about to begin.

In new end-game sign, top level Satanist assassination team has been disbanded

Last week an Asian professional assassin contacted with White Dragon Society to inform it that a team of assassins that had been sub-contracting for the Khazarian Satanists in Asia has been disbanded. The Khazarians are now having great difficulty hiring assassins worldwide because the assassins who worked for ideological reasons will no longer do so, he and others said. In addition, assassins who were working under duress (if you do not kill that person we will kill your family) have also now teamed up and are refusing to kill journalists, politicians, social activists and others they used to kill on behalf of the Khazarian Satanists. The back-drop to this was the defection of a major Nazi secret power group from the Khazarian camp.
In addition to this a group known as the international red swastika socialists has agreed to join the White Dragon Society in the battle against the Satanist faction within the Vatican hierarchy. The Red Swastika Socialists invited this writer to their Japan headquarters in the posh Ginza district of Tokyo where he was shown ancient symbols from a civilization that they claim preceded all civilizations now active on earth. He said their group wanted to harmonize all the world’s major religions including Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism and Judaism. General Douglas McArthur and the accepted Scottish Rite Freemasonry have been affiliated with this group, according to one of their leaders.
This group is also behind the Chinese communist government meaning that no major Chinese faction is now working with the Federal Reserve Board crime syndicate Washington D.C. regime. This is why Chinese government officials have recently publicly announced such things as that they will sell off two-thirds of their US dollar holdings and buy $1 trillion worth of gold.
In another major development, President Gadaffi of Libya has agreed to hand over his foreign dollar holdings to a Pentagon faction aligned with the White Dragon Society. For this reason, most pentagon forces have been abstaining from attacks against his regime.
The Federal Reserve Board crime syndicate, for their part, are still hoping to announce a new global currency and new financial system under the control of the IMF. This would amount to nothing more than changing the nameplates on the current Satanic system so this announcement is doomed to failure.
The true Christians within the Vatican have also made a move to isolate the Satanists meaning the end game is truly near. There is more we know about this situation but are not allowed to report at the present time in order to protect lives.
In Japan meanwhile, the White Dragon Society was contacted by a whistle-blower within the organization that smuggled the suit-case nuclear bomb that was used to trigger the earthquake and tsunami attack against Japan.
According to this source (he is a known smuggler from way back) the bomb was brought in to a remote Island in the Okinawan archipelago before being brought in by boat to Kyushu, Japan. From there it was transported overland before being deposited at a house in Hi No De town outside of Tokyo. From there it was taken to the headquarters of the General Association of Korean Residents of Japan in downtown Tokyo.
After that it was taken aboard the deep ocean-bottom drilling ship the Chikyu Maru where it was placed ten kilometers under the seabed right smack in the middle of the earthquake epicenter, according to multiple sources. Japanese newspaper articles confirm the Chikyu Maru was drilling at the epicenter as early as January 17, 2011. Other articles have quoted Chikyu Maru officials as saying in the past the ship could trigger earthquakes, ostensibly to prevent bigger earthquakes.
Former Japanese defense ministers have contacted the White Dragon Society and promised that a thorough investigation into the matter was being conducted. However, the trail has already been confirmed to lead to US Senator J. Rockefeller and his Khazarian Satanist overlords. Needless to say, Senator Rockefeller is now in deep hiding.
A purge of Japanese officials who worked for the Khazarian Satanists is also now beginning to gather steam. For example, Japanese news articles explicitly wrote that Rockefeller Stooge Democratic Party power broker Ichiro Ozawa would be excluded from the earthquake reconstruction profits. This is because it is common knowledge in Japanese political circles that J. Rockefeller’s envoy promised Ozawa control over radiation cleaning Zeolite deposits on March 9th, two days before the earthquake, tsunami and nuclear “accident.” This is just the beginning. The end result will be a major political re-alignment in Japan.
There are many other signs out there that the attempt by the so-called New World Order faction to create a global fascist government is collapsing.
The absence of former Prime Ministers Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, as well as Obama and many others from Prince William’s wedding invitation list is one. The sudden announcement in the Khazarian propaganda media that long-dead Bin Laden was dead, was another. The publishing of a birth certificate by Obama showing that he was born in a Hawaiian hospital that did not exist at the time of his birth was yet another.
The collapse of the old regime is expected to continue to accelerate until June 21st or so.

In end game indicator, Federal Reserve Board selling Dinars and paper dollars in Japan to pay US embassy bills

In a sign the Federal Reserve Board crime syndicate is on its last legs, the US Embassy in Tokyo, Japan is selling Iraqi Dinars and US dollar cash bills via yakuza gangs in order to pay its bills, according to yakuza sources. The bills are being sold via corrupt officials in the Tokyo public prosecutors’ office who are then selling them to yakuza gangsters in exchange for Japanese yen, the sources say. One Iraqi Dinar was worth $3.8 before the US invaded but fell to 2 cents afterwards at which point the Feds bought them all up, according to MI6 sources. They are now selling them worldwide, along with blacklisted US paper bills in order to keep the Federal Reserve Board and its Washington D.C. subsidiary going a bit longer. Buyers beware because you will sooner or later find out you traded good money for high quality tissue paper.

The Feds are not the only ones having troubles these days. Except for a rump of brainwashed slaves in a few Western countries, most of the world is now fully aware that France, Italy and the UK are attacking Libya purely and simply in order to steal oil they can no longer afford to pay for. This campaign is not going well, however, because Africans, Eastern Europeans, Chinese and other peoples are helping Libya maintain its independence from the neo-colonialist bandits. A shadowy international group calling itself the Dark Brotherhood went further by issuing a warning to France’s Sarkozy that his criminal acts against Libya, Japan and other countries will result in a suitcase nuclear bomb being set off in La Defense, the high rise government district near Paris. The White Dragon Society strongly disapproves of the mass killing of innocents by any group, including both the Brotherhood and the French.

These incidents are all indicators that the world is no longer accepting credit card payments from the US, the UK, France and other countries who then turn around and spend their borrowed money financing needless wars of aggression. These countries have, in recent years, financed their chronic external deficits with fraudulent financial instruments but the world is now on to these scams which is why time is running out for the war-mongerers.

The Vatican has remained silent since the attempt two weeks ago by the Black Pope, Peter Hans Kolvenbach to cut a deal. Kolvenbach’s proposals to the White Dragon Society had some merit. First he offered to cash $1 trillion or so in Federal Reserve Board bonds to finance the formation of a new US government headed by U.S. Senator Ron Paul and former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura. He also agreed to allow the mass arrests of junior Bilderberger and CFR members so long as the top ranks remained immune.

These proposals were rejected for a variety of reasons. One was that it is the American people and not a self-described representative of Satan, who should be choosing their leaders. The other is that he asked for a 6-month delay which meant he was probably just trying to buy time and did not intend to keep his promises. Another is that he does not have any God given right to go around creating $1 trillion out of thin air in order to manipulate society. Also, Kolvenbach made veiled threats, including threats against Japan and the White Dragon, as a matter of principle, never submits to extortion. If him and his cabal did not have their magic dollar printing machine, most of them would just be street trash.

However, if this writer was an American citizen, he would certainly vote for a Jesse Ventura/Ron Paul ticket.

In what may be a related development, a group of 10 US Senators led by Senate Majority leader Harry Reed are in Macau, China for some sort of negotiations. These almost certainly involve secretive Japanese financier Seiichi Wada, who has in the past served as a conduit between Western oligarchs and Chinese leaders. It may also be no coincidence that a White Dragon Society representative was given a free air ticket and invited to Macau at the same time. We shall know more when the representative returns.

Also, as mentioned last week in our free blog, a group known as the International Red Socialists has allied itself with the White Dragon Society. In a meeting that took place in a very funky secret Japan headquarters located in the posh Ginza district of Tokyo, the Reds explained they had global reach and that they were at least equal in influence to the Red and Blue in China. They gave the impression of being nice, and peace-loving but ready to defend themselves if absolutely necessary.

 

 

In Japan, meanwhile, there are reports that Prime Minister Naoto Kan is having fits of tears and hysteria because of the stressful situation he finds himself in. However, the objective truth is starting to prevail and attempts to create mass global nuclear panic over the nuclear “accident,” in Japan are failing in the face of the hard scientific truth that nobody has died of radiation poisoning as a result of this limited incident.

Instead, evidence that Japan was deliberately attacked with a earthquake and tsunami triggering seabed nuclear weapon is mounting. For example, archivists have uncovered a series of newspaper articles in mainstream Japanese papers like the Asahi and Yomiuri Newspapers reveal the use of nuclear earthquake weapons was commonly reported on here in the 1950’s, 60’s and 70’s. The Japanese right wing/military/yakuza/police establishment is also now aware that Jay Rockefeller, Peter Hans Kolvenbach and Nicholas Sarkozy are the prime suspects in this attack.

What these people need to realize is that their traditional methods of control, brute force, bribery and lies are just not working anymore. They no longer have the ability to dominate the rest of the world through brute force, they no longer control the money needed to bribe leaders into obedience and their lies are now being uncovered almost as fast as they can tell them.
The oligarchs need to realize that a fundamental historical shift is taking place and they cannot stop it, the best they can do is surf it. If they miss the wave, they will miss a historical opportunity such as they will never see again.

Special note about the appeal for funds.
There was a lot of misunderstanding about our appeal for funds last week. This money is not needed by me but by people in agencies and other groups who have been cut off of their salaries or funds because they have been helping us. The money is needed to allow them to continue their work. A rather large sum is also needed to finance a lawsuit that is expected to lead to the arrest of hundreds of cabal members. We have had governments express interest in helping but would prefer to get our funding from individuals if possible. We are in the process of setting up a legal platform for donations.
