Negotiations between representatives of the illuminati and the Black Dragon Society in Italy between February 17 and 24th were productive and friendly. Meetings took place between myself as special ambassador for the BDS and an illuminati “mastermind,” a French General, a representative of Italian Prime Minister Berlusconi and Russia’s Putin, a Vatican representative, a representative for former US Vice-President Cheney, a representative of Wall Street, a representative of the Saudi Royal family and others. The overall conclusion was that free energy and other forbidden technology should be developed and deployed in a manner that does not disrupt current businesses and governments.

The most important discussions were with the “mastermind,” who seemed to be in a position of authority over most of the other people I met (with the clear exception of Putin’s representative). He expressed various European and American concerns. The first was that the West did not want to submit to Chinese rule. We made it very clear that Asian countries were making a 50/50 deal with the West. The best way to describe the essential mechanism behind the proposed new financial system is to think of two people sitting across a table from each other each pointing a gun. If the person on the other side is a beautiful woman or handsome man, you may decide to make love. If it is a disgusting man coming to rape you, you may decide to fight. If it is someone who does not interest you in any way, you may decide to walk away.

The mastermind also expressed puzzlement at why Asian countries suddenly stopped investing in the West. “We helped them modernize their economies so why are they doing this to us?” he asked. We explained that Asian countries wanted to invest their hard earned dollars in high-tech, in building schools and bridges, in ending poverty, in helping the West rebuild in infrastructure in fact in anything except a giant military industrial murder machine.

The other big concern was that if hydrocarbons became obsolete, governments would lose a large source of tax revenue and that vast amounts of people would become unemployed. We explained that instead of sticking straws into the ground to suck out oil, the big energy companies could do things like build vast desalination plants and dig huge canals to turn the deserts green. The Sahara alone is three times the size of Australia and if turned green it could provide homes for billions of people as well as land for vast new nature preserves.

The Illuminati in Italy, we learned on this trip, are members of the old Roman aristocratic families who intermarried over the generations to keep their bloodlines “pure.” They claim to have ruled humanity since before ancient Egypt according to a divine plan they were entrusted with. They worship the sun and practice other pagan rituals inside Catholic churches after closing hours. According to their belief system something known as the procession of the equinoxes will take place in 2012 at which point their rule will end and the Age of Aquarius will start.

According to them, a German based Cabal, known as the Thule society did not want to relinquish control over the planet and were instead plotting to set up a 1,000 year Nazi Reich. To implement this rule, they planned to murder over 4 billion humans and enslave the rest. However, now it appears the Mediterranean countries, France, England and Russia have joined the BDS in opposition to this plan.

This means the Nazi power base is being reduced to Washington D.C., Germany and some Nordic countries. One sign of this is that the Mediterranean countries are now seriously contemplating abandoning the Euro and setting up a new Mediterranean currency.

In a clear sign of rats deserting a sinking ship, Cheney’s representative said Cheney was not a real power broker but rather a think tank type of guy who just followed orders. We said we would work with anybody, including Cheney and his group, if they agreed to join the campaign to end poverty, end war, stop environmental destruction and develop the forbidden technologies.

The only representative who did not appear willing to compromise was the man from Wall Street. He was told in no uncertain terms that the big Wall Street firms that own the Federal Reserve Board will have to eliminate all the dollars created through fraudulent derivatives or they would remain isolated from the rest of the world’s financial system. He was also told the new technology would be developed and that they had better join the bandwagon or get left behind. He did not provide any clear answer.

However, in a sign these people do not plan to go quietly into the night, the Washington D.C. crime syndicate fired up HAARP again and hit Chile in response to the setting up of a new Latin American Federation that exclude the US and its puppet rogue government in Honduras.

Their time is limited nonetheless because multiple investigations are closing in on them. Among other things, Goldman Sachs in being investigated for engaging in economic sabotage against Greece, the New York Federal Reserve Board is being investigated for illegally funneling money to AIG and calls for a renewed investigation of 911 are becoming unstoppable. We expect a Pentagon move against the Washington D.C. criminal establishment sometime before this summer.

There are also signs now on multiple fronts that the financial logjam is beginning to break. Hundreds of billions of dollars, if not trillions of dollars, may soon become available to start implementing the new economic paradigm. One foundation is going to be set up to be run on a 50/50 basis between East and West. Many other foundations will start moving according to their own agendas. Hopefully this will include the various “programs,” that have been blocked. We have also proposed creating a world people’s central bank. This bank would be run on the principle of one human, one vote and possibly run via the internet.

It is still not certain when public announcements will be made or if they will ever be made. However, as always we remain hopeful that it will happen sooner rather than later.

Negotiations between the Black Dragon Society and the Illuminati are proceeding in a positive direction. Hopefully, some sort of deal will be worked out over the coming days based on a 50/50 division of dollars between the Black Dragon Society and the West. The BDS will use its dollars to develop forbidden technology, end poverty and stop environmental destruction. The Illuminati will presumably use their dollars to reconstruct devastated Western economies.

The Italian Illuminati have made some mind boggling disclosures during this visit. There is going to be a lot of chaos, confusion, anger and joy in the West when the hidden nature of their history is revealed. First of all, in the Basilica of St. John the Baptist, the Pope’s personal church, there is an image of Christ on the cross. Above that image there is a triangle with an eye in the middle. It is as if they are saying “we are the ones who tortured Christ to death.” Furthermore, after closing hours, the church is used, as I mentioned in my blog, for pagan ceremonies, including worship of Mythraeus the Bull, Sun worship and other pre-Roman ceremonies. When Pope John Paul the 1st confided to an aide he was going to purge the non-Christian illuminati from the Church, he was found poisoned to death in his bed the next morning. Later Henry Kissinger presided over a black mass at that church to commemorate this event.

What this visit has revealed is that Western civilization has always had a secret history. When the Romans invaded Egypt and the Middle East, they attempted to take over the ancient Egyptian and Greek mystic religions and rename them as Christianity. The people who wanted to preserve the ancient occult religions were forced to form secret societies. They allied themselves with Northern Europeans and the British to form protestant Christianity. Later, when the occultists succeeded in taking over the Vatican and making a deal with the Vatican pagan illuminati in the 19th century they then set about to take over the Protestant Christians. It was this alliance that took over the Federal Reserve Board in 1913 before starting World Wars I and II as well as plotting WWIII.

Their fatal mistake was to under-estimate Asia. When the Asians stopped financing their own destruction, the illuminati were surprised and shocked. Furthermore, they failed to realize that the vast majority of Christians were true worshippers of the Christian ideals of Universal Love etc. and would be horrified and angry to hear what the leaders of their church really believed in.

So now, the net is closing in from all directions. The Catholics are on the war path against their non-Christian leaders. The Protestants are furious that their societies were subverted by these people and have begun attacking them from all directions. For this reason many police chiefs, mayors and politicians are resigning much like rats deserting a sinking ship. The British have also begun purging these people from their ranks of power starting with Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles. Furthermore, multiple police investigations, not least the criminal investigation of the New York Federal Reserve Board for illegally funneling money to AIG, mean they are quickly running out of time.

The illuminati are trying now to come clean and explain that according to their beliefs, they were on a sacred mission to guide history until 2012 when they believe a new age will begin. Their key belief is that reality is based upon an interaction of good and evil and that one cannot exist without the other. However, the BDS believes their view of Good vs. Evil is too extreme and that a better analogy would be male and female, yin and yang. In other words, destruction and mayhem are not required for human progress.

All this sounds esoteric and not related to the immediate financial crisis but nothing could be further from the case because these are the people who have been controlling the dollar and euro printing machines, creating the European Union and generally shaping our history.

These people still have the ability to create mayhem and destruction so we are hoping to cut a deal with the more moderate elements in their ranks.

The first deal may center on the $134.5 billion dollars worth of bonds seized last June by Italian customs. These bonds were meant to finance an “orange revolution” in Iran before they were seized. If these bonds can be successfully cashed in a 50/50 deal between the BDS and the illuminati, then it will open the floodgates to trillions of dollars for humanity.

Many educated Westerners still find a huge disconnect between the trillions the Illuminati talk about and the thousands and millions most people deal with. The best analogy is to think about children worrying about pennies and quarters while their parents think in terms of dollars and hundreds of dollars.

There still remains a lot of horse trading to be done before final announcements can be made and the majority of humanity can finally be told the truth via their propaganda, brainwashing media.

Various deal makers and oligarchs will be working around the clock to break the logjam over the coming days. Time is running out though because the Western financial system is under constant, intense cyber attack, the net is closing in on the Illuminati and World War looms on the horizon.

This week marks the beginning of the Chinese New Year. This will be a very special Year of the Tiger. The year of the tiger comes in-between the Year of the Bull and the Year of the dragon. This is very symbolic, I believe. The Bull is a fitting symbol for the West these days, virile and aggressive but lacking in wisdom and patience. The dragon is very old and wise but is perhaps too cautious and passive and can be seen as a symbol of the East. If you mix the best elements of the bull and the dragon, the result is a tiger. This week I will fly to Rome as a representative of the Black Dragon Society to negotiate with the leaders of the Illuminati and the Teutonic Knights. Hopefully we will be able to come up with a formula for a new financial system controlled exactly 50/50 by East and West. Eventually, a financial system controlled by all of humanity is likely after a transition period needed to make sure issues like corruption, governance etc. are all dealt with.

There will be meetings with senior Vatican representatives in Rome followed by a probable trip to BIS headquarters in Switzerland for more meetings. As mentioned before, we will propose taking the 90% of dollars not owned by Americans, back them with gold and renaming them. All dollars created through fraudulent “derivatives” contracts will be erased from the books.

The alliance between the Black Dragon Society (West) and the Red and Green Dragon Society (East) can also hopefully be cemented. This would become like an emergency volunteer fire department. The structures and hierarchy would exist at all times but they would only move into action during an emergency situation. The rest of the time it would sleep. The leadership would be like the Knights of the Round Table with a group of seven or nine guardians of humanity.

The background to these discussions is an increasingly dire situation in the G7 countries as the financial system heads for a train-wreck. The crisis in Greece is coming to a head quickly now with the Germans publicly saying they will not bail them out and the French saying the Euro is finished. Greece, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland and Luxembourg are all headed for sovereign default and social chaos as things now stand. These countries will have to decouple from the Euro, re-establish national currencies and experience a one-off sharp drop in purchasing power.

If the new financial system is successfully launched, then there will be plenty of money available to help these countries repair their economies and financial systems.

The Federal Reserve Board, meanwhile, is getting progressively desperate and aggressive. The attacks on the Toyota Motor Corporation are a good example of their bullying tactics. What they fail to comprehend is that by attacking Toyota’s extensive operations in the US, they are merely damaging the US economy even further. All the happy talk about “economic recovery” coming from their US media machine is also not enough to hide the reality of the situation.

Of course the Feds still continue to threaten war as well. They sent an agent to tell me that the entire pacific rim of fire will be made to erupt, creating a crisis that will kill 4 billion people. This of course would also mean that the Western hemisphere would be attacked with nuclear weapons and humanity would go back to the dark ages. Of course, the owners of the Federal Reserve Board think they will be able to hide out in underground bunkers and then re-emerge to enslave any surviving humans. That is how mentally sick these people are.

Fortunately, the Pentagon has already contacted the Black Dragon Society and has agreed to cooperate with them. Their conditions include a write-off of US debt and a gradual swords to plowshares transition and this has been agreed to.

The Chinese, the Russians and the Europeans are also ready to cooperate. That means the Nazi controlled Xe mercenary army is now being forced to retreat to strongholds in places like Texas, South Africa and central Australia. However, if their bosses the Teutonic Knights reach a deal with the Black Dragon Society then Xe is almost certain to be ordered to stand down.

The Chinese, meanwhile, have been pressuring for an announcement of the new financial system on the first business day after the Chinese New Year which is today, the 15th of February. They have been asking for a team of experts to go to Hong Kong for this purpose. However, since the Teutonic Knights agreed to talks before the 14th, then even if there is no public announcement, the history books will record that date as the new beginning.

It is dangerous to mention specific dates, however, because we are still in a state of financial warfare and it will not end until it ends. Remember, for example, that Obama was widely reported to us from hitherto reliable sources to be due for a trial on his citizenship on January 26th but the date came and went without anything happening. That is why readers must remain skeptical until there are major public announcements.

Hopefully there will be a press conference arranged in the near future to make the announcements. If all goes well, the brainwashed majority of humanity will finally get to learn the truth about their history, the underground bases, the classified technology and who knows what else.

There could be something even more radical in store. Although this is still a tentative hypothesis, there have been so many numerical and other coincidences (remember the blue moons?) as well as so many bizarre anomalies in the skies that I am beginning to think the planet earth is a digital construct. If that is the case, then it is only a matter of time before humanity gets the source code. We are already close with the ability to manipulate our DNA, collect free energy and explore the universe. We could be headed for the evolutionary equivalent of the Cambrian explosion in a lot shorter time than we originally expected.

Certainly the Freemasons who have controlled the Western world for at least the past 300 years and probably much longer, tell me they have been manipulating history according to a predetermined plot for the past 26,000 years. This could be just another one of their many fantastical lies but all of that will come out once the truth and reconciliation committee is appointed.

It appears we are all victims of the Chinese curse: “may you live in interesting times.”

Major world changes are clearly close on the horizon. This past weekend saw a G7 Finance Minister’s summit near the North pole, a BIS central bank governor’s summit in Australia and a gathering of the world’s military leaders (including Nato, Russia and China) in Germany. All of this is a sign of preparation for some major public announcements almost certainly related to the new financial system.

The Federal Reserve Board has been actively buying up all its old bonds, notes and Treaty of Versaille boxes at 1% of their face value, according to a Black Dragon Society member with esoteric banking connections. The Bank of Japan has also been buying up all of its bonds owned by non-Japanese. These are some other indications a big announcement is imminent.

The most likely scenario, according to our sources, is that the 90% of US dollars owned by non-Americans will be renamed Hong Kong dollars and backed by the Renminbi. There are conflicting plans for the US as we write but our latest information is that a gold-backed Amero will replace the Mexican peso as well as the US and Canadian dollars to form a North American region currency. In preparation for such an event the Pentagon, the Canadian mounted police and Mexican Federales are said to be prepared to deal with civil unrest in the US, according to our sources.

The Amero will have a lot less purchasing power (30 to 50% less) internationally than the US dollar has now so many Americans will be understandably angry when the change is announced. The un-escapable fact though, is that Americans have been living beyond their means for the past 30 years.

Nonetheless, it is still not clear if the Washington D.C. criminal establishment will be ousted and replaced by an interim government until the US can return to constitutional law and hold new elections. There is still infighting going on as we write and a final showdown has yet to be seen.

It remains to be seen if the US falls into civil war but Pentagon sources believe this can be avoided if the military takes legal steps to remove the criminal corporate government in Washington D.C.

Meanwhile, the military summit in Munich revealed some major geo-political changes that may be related to this. Basically, there was talk of Russia joining Nato with, among others, Polish delegates making this suggestion. This coincides with arm sales by the US and the EU to Taiwan as well as military exercises in Thailand involving Thai, Japanese, Indonesian and Singaporean troops. All of these moves are clearly aimed at telling China not to overstep itself and assume it can form a China centric world dictatorship.

Of course the Chinese delegate in Munich made it very clear that China had no such ambition. Senior Chinese sources in fact did tell me earlier that China did want to rule the world but of course now that they have been confronted with all of these forces they have had to scale back their ambitions.

The center of world financial and intellectual gravity will nonetheless shift to China over the coming decades but it will do so in an organic fashion that does not alienate or endanger anybody.

The only way for the West to prevent this from happening would be for them to purge their financial and political systems of the criminal element that took over the highest echelons of power.

There are many signs that such a purge has already begun and will continue for a long time.

First of all the financial industry has seen thousands of bankers arrested and hundreds murdered. Eventually, the ring-leaders of the 911 attacks will be arrested if not executed. This only a matter of time now.

Secondly, the pharmaceutical industry is going to see a major purge as the criminal element that deliberately manufactured diseases in order to sell cures continues to be exposed. Cures are already available for most diseases so that industry will have to retool itself towards the creation of life, ability and pleasure enhancing substances.

The application of free energy technology to replace petroleum will also begin in earnest. In order to prevent social disruption the oil, nuclear and other industries will undergo an orderly transformation. Early use of free energy technology will be restricted to such things as turning deserts green.

The political class is also going to see a major purge and many government are expected to fall over the coming year. Regime change is likely in Canada, England, Germany and the US.

It is not clear if all of these changes will be made with big public announcements or if they will just be phased in over time. Hopefully there will be a truth commission set up.

Meanwhile, right wing elements in Japan are busy plotting the creation of a nationalist party to compete with the ruling Democratic Party of Japan. They are trying to get right-leaning members of the DPJ to defect to a new party.

They have also forced the DPJ to distance itself a bit from China and take a more balanced diplomatic approach.

Overall, there is a lot of confusion in government circles in most Western countries as well as in Japan because the political class was mostly unaware of the existence of a secret government above them that ruled via control of the financial system.

There may not be any big public announcements this week. However, a date to watch for is February 15th. This Chinese new year is a special once in 60 years year of the tiger and it begins on February 14th. That is a Sunday so the first day markets will open after that will be the 15th. Since many Chinese believe in numerology and Chinese astrology and, even if they don’t, it would be logical to announce the new financial system at the beginning of the Chinese new-year.

There are many indications this is going to the week the 100 year Federal Reserve Board reign of tyranny comes to an end. The following AP article serves to confirm what my own sources told me about January 30th being a deadline for the Federal Reserve Board:

The emergency lending program the article refers to started with an unprecedented show of support for the Federal Reserve Board in 2007. In the autumn of 2007 the Swiss, EU, Canadian and other central banks provided the Feds with $500 billion in emergency funding. This allowed the Feds to meet a September 30th, fiscal year end payments deadline. When the Europeans cut off Fed funding in September 2008, causing the so-called “Lehman shock,” it was a Chinese faction that came in and provided them with $1 trillion to keep going for another year. That money ran out on September 30th 2009. After that the Federal Reserve Board and the Bank of England tried in October to pay China the money they owed with gold plated tungsten. When this was discovered they said they would get real gold “soon.” In the meantime, they managed to get bridging finance by selling US military secrets, using drug money and by stealing whatever they could.

Now that the Feds have been cut off from the global central banking system, it is hard to see what rabbit they are going to try to pull out of a hat next.

The attack on Haiti with an earthquake weapon and the seizure of their central bank assets did nothing but further disgust the rest of the world.

What follows next is anybody’s guess. One move a Pentagon official mentioned was an invasion of Nigeria. That could be accompanied by an invasion of Venezuela, according to the hawk’s scenario.

However, saner heads in the military do not want to start World War 3 because, among other reasons, war games always show the US losing such a conflict. A worst case scenario would see 90% of humanity wiped out in a nuclear war that would leave the Northern Hemisphere of the planet inhabitable.

So, will the military stage a coup d’etat against the Federal Reserve Board controlled Washington establishment, announce a temporary government, return to constitutional rule and stage new elections? This is a best case scenario.

There are some signs this may be happening. For one, Defense Secretary Robert Gates watched a 48-year old movie about a military coup against Washington while in the company of the press corps. Was this a hint? Another point is the US effort to negotiate an end to the conflict in Afghanistan. This may well be a prelude to the closure of many of the 800 US military bases worldwide that would almost inevitably follow a return to constitutional law.

In this scenario a South African style truth and reconciliation committee could be set up. It would be very interesting to hear about the plans for a fake alien invasion the US has been working on since World War 2. We could also find out exactly who was planning to kill 4 billion people as well as how. There are so many dark secrets being kept from the people that it will be very interesting indeed to finally hear the truth, however shocking it may be. “Conspiracy theorists” would finally be vindicated on many fronts.

Another scenario would leave the current regime in power amid a declaration of martial law and an intensified propaganda campaign. This is something that has already been tried by Obama with his establishment of a special ruling council. This effort is largely toothless though, because the Pentagon has already said they are not going to harm American citizens.

Furthermore, that is not going to end the banking boycott nor is it going to save the US economy from bankruptcy. There may be a return to WW2 style rationing in the US as its isolation from the global economy intensifies.

The US dollar is not going to collapse, however, because the 90% of dollars owned by non-Americans are going to keep their value and be renamed either Hong Kong dollars or Renminbi. The quadrillions of dollars worth of fraudulent derivatives hidden by the Feds in offshore banking centers will remain quarantined from the rest of the financial system and are now worthless.

If the American government starts issuing a Lincoln/Kennedy style greenback, it will become a powerful regional currency along the lines of the yen. Americans though, having lived above their means for the past 30 years, will find their new greenback buys them a lot less than their dollars used to. This will be great for US exporters and for tourists visiting the US.

In any case, the faster the Americans bring their financial system in touch with reality, the faster they will be able to rebuild their economy.

The Japanese military/intelligence establishment will stay allied with the US unless the US financial situation makes the US unable to project military power in Japan. In such a case they will seek links with Russia and other countries to counterbalance Chinese influence.

Meanwhile, although Democratic Party power broker Ichiro Ozawa is still expected to be sent to jail and removed from power, Prime Minister Hatoyama is going to be allowed to stay. The DPJ government is expected to remain in power for several more years.

Any effort to replace it with a new party is now going to be a longer term project, according to Japanese secret government sources.

The Japanese secret government has also given the go-ahead to inviting inventors of suppressed technology to Japan so that their inventions can be tested and then put into production. This could take place within a couple of weeks, depending on the logistics involved.

The Japanese head of the Black Dragon Society has also agreed to hold an international press conference in the near future.

In a related development, there will be a key meeting between the Chinese and a representative of the Rothschilds on Monday. Hopefully this will unlock the new financial system. We will issue an update on that meeting on our blog.
